Apply to DR2 competitions on Eva3

Registration for the Directeur de recherche (DR2) competitions is online on Eva3. This application is used to manage all processes linked to the evaluation, career and life of Inserm researchers, units and teams.

Step 0
Create your account on Eva3

Create a user account on the Eva3 evaluation application (login to Eva3 or getting instructions for use). You will receive an e‑mail requesting confirmation of your account creation.

Step 1
Pre-registration

You must request an application package for the Researcher Director (DR2) and one of the 7 Specialized Scientific Committees (CSS) and Steering and Research Administration Committee (CPAR). If you wish to apply for more than one CSS, you must make an application package request for each CSS chosen. After pre-registration you may submit your applications.

Step 2
Preparing your application

The application for DR2 has a CV completed online and 5 forms including (you must first complete the CV before the forms):

  1. My application,
  2. Host laboratory,
  3. Project Summary,
  4. Documents to be attached. To attach the documents, you must download the following documents for application:
    • Application request,
    • Scientific file,
    • Agreement of the host laboratory Director,
    • for non CR Inserm researchers Years for research experience and PhD diploma.
  5. Validation

This form is part of the application and must be filled in by all candidates who are not CR for at least three years. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the application.

Before validating and submitting your application (CV and 5 forms), make sure that all the mandatory elements contained in the CV and the forms have been saved (denoted by a green checkmark (refer to the technical help document).

Step 3
Validate your file

Once you have completed the application form and uploaded the documents, validate and submit:

  • After you validate and submit your application "Validate and transmit your Application"
  • A Portfolio will be created in your application file and a button “Print your application” will appear.
  • If you have made several application submissions for different CSS, your CV will be included in each printed application in PDF format.

Regulation

  • The application package should not contain any dissertation, reprint or letter of recommendation.
  • We remind you that the file is considered complete only when all application package documents have been received in electronic format (on EVA). Any incomplete and/or late application will be automatically rejected.
  • The signed version of "Agreement of the the host laboratory director" can be sent, only in case of
